These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the tiprX POS system, provided and assisted by tipr Ltd and trackr Ltd. Please note we also work in collaboration with TIPR TUNES C.I.C - An immersive and interactive music platform set to launch in 2025.
By accessing this website and using the tiprX POS system, we must assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use tiprX if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
License to Use
1. The tiprX POS system is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these terms.
2. You must be at least 17 years old in any jurisdiction to use this service.
3. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide in connection with the use of tiprX.

- Publishing any tiprX material in any other media.

- Using tiprX in any way that is or may be damaging to this system or its affiliates websites, applications and softwares.
- Using tiprX contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the tiprX, tipr and trackr systems, or to any person or business entity.
Intellectual Property Rights

Assignment

TiprX and all associated partners, corporations, trusts and affiliates are allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these terms with prior email notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms, or during any conflicting hours of changes to our terms.
Entire Agreement
1. These terms constitute the entire agreement between tiprX POS System and you in relation to your use of tiprX and supersede prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
1. These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Nations and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in your Country for the resolution of any disputes.

tiprBall Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing tiprBall, the innovative tip gratuity tip jar, brought to you by TIPR TUNES in collaboration with tipr and trackr. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your tiprBall purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the tiprBall within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your tiprBall must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging, which will visibly display that it should be kept in tact for this purpose.
To initiate a return, please contact us using the tipr app or via returns@tiprapp.com with your order number and selecting a reason for return. Our dedicated Support Team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item within 72 hours.

Refunds
Refunds are issued in accordance with our return policy. If you are approved for a refund, be assured that it will be processed promptly. In some cases, please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your tiprBall for a different model or size, please contact us at contact@tiprx.co.uk or by using the tipr app. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure that you receive the item you prefer or desire.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the very rare event that your tiprBall arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via either contact@tiprx.co.uk or via tiprβs WhatsApp number: +44 7441 419289. We will work with you to replace the item promptly at no additional cost to you.
